Douglas Jerome Brewer

Douglas Jerome Brewer, 54, of McArthur, passed away Sunday, September 2, 2012 in Jackson. He was born December 19, 1957 in Dayton, Ohio, son of Dorothy Wallingford Brewer of McArthur and the late Arthur Brewer.

Doug formerly worked for Richland Township and was a member of the Arbor Foundation.

He is survived by his brother, Deveron A. (Lana B.) Brewer of McArthur; sisters, Brenda (Doug) Ison of Lexington, Kentucky and Jennifer (David) Leslie of Jamestown, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, Doug was preceded in death by an infant brother, Monte Brewer.

Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Saturday, September 8, 2012 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, with Terry Geer officiating. Interment will be in Hamden Cemetery, Hamden. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday, one hour prior to the service.
