Venetta L. Bagent, 87, of Logan, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2003, at Logan Health Care Center.
She was born March 2, 1916, in New Lexington, daughter of the late James and Elizabeth Tracy Savage. She is preceded in death by her husband John Bagent.
She was a member of the Nazarene Church in Nelsonville.
She is survived by two sons, John David Ethel Bagent of Columbus and James Arlene Bagent of Lancaster; three daughters, Bertha Mickey Warren of Doanville, Betty Elden Stufflebeam-Wolfe of Nelsonville and Mary Louise Blosser of Logan; thirty-five grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren; one sister, Florence McNulty of New Lexington.
She is preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held Friday, 11 a.m., at Cardaras Funeral Home, Logan, with the Rev. James Mathias, officiating. Interment will be in Friendship Cemetery, Perry County.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
