Encile Thomas Dowler

Encile Thomas Dowler, 77, of Albany, passed away Monday, August 18, 2003 at Doctors Hospital Nelsonville. He was born October 14, 1925 in Haydenville, the son of the late Amos L. Dowler and Mary Pidcock Dowler.

He is survived by a sister, Charlotte and Don Bailey of Guysville, a daughter, Kim Hartley of Athens, three grandchildren, Jessie, Scott and Duel Stout, several nieces and nephews and a special friend, Betty Barns of Guysville.

In addition to his parents, a stepbrother, Robert Stilwell and an infant brother and sister, preceded him in death.

At Encile?s request, his body was cremated. A memorial celebration of his life will be held at 1:00 PM, Sunday, August 24, 2003 at the home of his nephew, Ray Bailey, 10911 St. Rt. 691, Athens, Ohio 45701. Everyone is welcome to attend.
