Richard Dean Dotson

Richard Dean Dotson, 61, of Jacksonville, passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2003, at his residence.
He was born March 8, 1942 in Bellview, Ohio, son of the late Carl E. and Elizabeth Spears Dotson. He was married to Oma Carol Miller Dotson of Jacksonville.
In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter, Barbara Boyer of Dundas, Ohio; two stepsons, Samuel VanHoose of Mt. Pleasant, Ohio and Robert VanHoose of Columbus; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a brother, David Dotson of Jackson.
He is preceded in death by a daughter Roxanne Green and a brother Keith Dotson.
At his request, Mr. Dotson has been cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
