Carl David Davis, 57, of Logan, passed away Monday, November 24, 2003, at his residence.
He was born January 29, 1946, in Hocking Co., son of the late Harry W. and Lillian E. Schorr Davis.
Carl was retired from Lucent Technology in Columbus.
He is survived by a son, Mark D. Karen Davis of Canal Winchester; one daughter, Misti D. Davis of Shawnee; one grandson, Nicholas Cefaloni of Shawnee; three brothers, Dwight E. Marie Davis of Cleveland, Earl J. Marge Davis of Logan and Loren H. Jane Davis of Springfield; one sister, Helen E. Davis of Logan; several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by an infant brother Paul E. Davis and an infant sister Edna I. Davis.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 2 p.m., at Cardaras Funeral Home, Logan, with the Rev. Jim Mathias, officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and also one hour prior to services on Wednesday.
Graveside military services will be performed by the Combined Veterans of Hocking County.
