Nancy Cozad

Nancy A. Cozad, 60, of Logan, passed away Friday, December 19, 2003, at Sunbridge Care & Rehabilitation Center, Lancaster. She was born March 19, 1943, in Murray City, daughter of Adrian Ferrell Withem of Nelsonville and the late Lewis Withem.

She is survived by 3 sons, Dwight ?Sonny? Lorie Cozad Jr. of West Rushville, Patrick Cozad of Lancaster, Kelly Cozad of London, 1 daughter Tammy Barrow of Logan, 10 grandchildren, 3 brothers Danny Withem of New Straitsville, Denny Withem of Nelsonville, Dale Withem of Carbon Hill, and 1 sister Forrest Strausbaugh of Murray City.

She is preceded in death by 1 daughter Cindy Cozad, 2 sisters Doris Whitmore and Joyce McDonald, and1 grandson Cory Cozad.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday December 23, 2003 at Cardaras Funeral Home, Logan with Pastor Betty Brooks officating. At the request of Mrs. Cozad, cremation will follow the services. Friends may call on Monday December 22, 2003 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
