Maybelle Kathryn Robinette

Maybelle Kathryn Robinette, 85, of Nelsonville, passed away Sunday, January 11, 2004 at Hickory Creek Nursing Center, The Plains. She was born January 31, 1918 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of the late Joseph and Alice Sullivan Glab. She was the widow of the late Warren Aaron Robinette.

She was retired from the C and E stores where she was a bookkeeper.

She is survived by two sons, Gerald W. and Shirley Robinette of Nelsonville and Curtis and Joy Robinette of Pensacola, Florida, two daughters, Betty Cook of Nelsonville and Jean and Scott Dittmyer of La Mesa, California, eleven grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, two brothers, John and Grace Glab of Millfield, and Robert and Barbara Glab of Phoenix, Arizona and one sister, Dorothy and Robert Luken of Madeira, Ohio.

In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a brother, George Glab.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, January 15, 2004 at Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, Nelsonville with Elder Al Stretch officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery, State Rt. 278, Hocking County. Friends may call Wednesday, January 14, 2004 from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
