Edna Irene Cunningham

Edna Irene Cunningham, 63, of Glouster, passed away Sunday, March 28, 2004 at Doctors Hospital Nelsonville. She was born July 26, 1940 in Athens County, the daughter of the late Riley and Grace VanSickle Tippie. She was married to John Cunningham of Glouster.

She is survived by four sons, Robert Cunningham of Glouster, Rodney Joyce Cunningham of Westerville, Jimmy Dorthy Cunningham of Corpus Christi, TX, and Jason Cunningham of Glouster, three daughters, Tammy Wesley Smith of Glouster, Shelby Terry Cornette of Inez, KY, Tracy Robert Ellis Cunningham of Glouster, thirteen grandchildren Rodney Jr., Peggy, Joseph, Desariee, Bobbie Lynn, Anthony, Amanda, Lesley, April, Brenda, Robert Jr., John and Nikki, eight great grandchildren Rodney III, Hunter, Chase, Isiah, Jonathon, Caitlyn, Shaun and Mykayla, one brother William Tippie of Inez, KY, , four sisters Betty Claude Davis of Hockingport, Shirley Morgan of Columbus, Flossie O?Neal of Columbus, and Irene Jarvis of Grove City, one daughter-in-law Ella Cunningham of Parkersburg WVA.

She was preceded in death by two sons John and Kevin Cunningham and one brother Riley Tippie Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, April 1, 2004 at Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville with Pastor Linda Barry officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville. Friends may call Wednesday, March 31, 2004 from 6-8 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
