Elizabeth M. Tolliver

Elizabeth M. Tolliver, 82, of Nelsonville, passed away Sunday, July 18, 2004 at Grant Medical Center. She was born January 5, 1922 in Athens County the daughter of the late Walter and Rachel Parry Hillen. She was married to the late Ned L. Tolliver.

She attended the Nelsonville First United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a niece Marsha Allen Pendergrass Mosser of Johnstown; a great niece, Stephanie Wagner, three great nephews, Jason Mosser, J.B. Civille and Brian Civille; several great great nieces and nephews and a special friend, Bob Clark of Nelsonville.

In addition to her parents and husband, Elizabeth was preceded in death by two sisters, Agnes Hillen Pendergrass and Norma Hillen Gildow and a niece Judy Pendergrass Civille.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1:00 P.M. at Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette Street, Nelsonville with Rev. Stacy Evans officiating. Interment will be at Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville. Friends may call Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
