Meldene E. Hopstetter

Meldene E. Hopstetter, 79, of Logan, passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2004, at Logan Health Care Center.
She was born April 24, 1925, in Athens Co., daughter of the late Burt and Myrle Tuttle Cole. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert R. Hopstetter who passed away January 29, 1993.
Meldene was a member of the First Church of Christ, Logan.
She is survived by four grandchildren, Mark Charmel Glaspell of St. Robert, Missouri, Melissa Greg Cireddu of Acworth, Georgia, Doni Andrew Dukarski and Janelle James Baker both of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; four great grandchildren; son-in-law, Gary Patty Glaspell of Carroll.
She is preceded in death by a son, Melvin Hopstetter and a daughter Patricia Ann Glaspell.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, 10 a.m., at Cardaras Funeral Home 183 E. Second St. Logan, with Vernon Barrell, officiating. Interment will be in New Fairview Memorial Gardens, Rockbridge.
