Thomas R. Weaver

Thomas R. Weaver, 79, of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2004, at Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Center of Columbus.
He was born July 31, 1925, in Columbus, son of the late Herman and Anna Carter Weaver. He is preceded in death by his wife, Lourella Mae Tippie Weaver.
Thomas was retired from the C & O Railroad. He was also a foster parent.
He is survived by one brother, Robert Arlene Weaver of Columbus and one sister, Winnie Weaver of Columbus; several nieces and nephews; close friends Dick and Jan Merrick of Columbus.
In addition to his parents and wife, he is preceded in death by one brother, Gene Stinson.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, 2:00 pm, at Cardaras Funeral Home 30 Main St., Glouster, with Tim Seevers officiating. Interment will be in Dew cemetery, Perry County.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from noon until the time of service.
