Mary V. Linscott

Mary V. Linscott, 80, of Nelsonville, passed away Saturday, October 30th, 2004 at her residence. She was born July 25, 1924 in Nelsonville, the daughter of the late Samuel and Hanna Ward Thomas. She was married to James D. Linscott, who survives.

Mary was retired from Columbus Southern Ohio Electric, was formerly active with the Nelsonville Parade of the Hills, and the Eastern Star.

She is survived by two sons, Michael Mary Linscott of Columbus, and Patrick Linscott of Nelsonville.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by a brother, Gerald Thomas.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 3rd, 2004 at 1:30 P.M. at Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette Street. Interment will be at Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville. Friends may call Tuesday from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
