Judith Dawley

Judith Ann Dawley, 72, of Lancaster, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2004 at her residence. She was born April 15, 1932 in Nelsonville, the daughter of Fay I. Colson Tolliver of Lancaster and the late Foster C. Tolliver. She was married to Lowell G. Dawley, who survives, for 53 years.

She attended St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Sugar Grove.

In addition to her husband, Lowell, and her mother, she is survived by two sisters, Pamela D.J. Harris of Lancaster and Debby Dale Steenrod of Nelsonville; two brothers Robert Patricia Tolliver of Fremont and David Carolyn Tolliver of Chauncey and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father; a sister, June Tolliver and two nephews, Brian and Richard.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 4, 2005 at 1:00 P.M. at Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette Street Nelsonville. Internment will be at Carbon Hill Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 4-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
