Louise Mcculloch

Louise McCulloch, 79, of Carbon Hill, passed away Sunday, February 13, 2005 at Hocking Valley Community Hospital, Logan. Louise was born December 8, 1925 in Chauncey, the daughter of the late John Edward and Emma Powell Phillips.

Louise was a member of the Chauncey-Dover class of 1944.

She is survived by five sons, Christopher Glass and Paul Sonja Glass both of Wesley Chapel, Florida, Kevin Amy McCulloch of Nelsonville, Lonny Beth McCulloch of Buchtel and Jerry Rose McCulloch of Carbon Hill; seven daughters, Judy Bill Murphy of Glouster, Linda Richard Wise of Newark, Connie Dave Young of Jackson, Sharon John Young and Joyce Glass both of Nelsonville, Sue Sam Mays of Carbon Hill and Vickie Gary Champ of Logan; 42 grandchildren; 45 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and three sisters, Julia Thompson of The Plains, Arvella Wilson of Nelsonville and Norma Hamilton of Doanville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Edward Glass; two sons, Bob Glass and Jackie McCulloch; a daughter, Jane Glass; two brothers, John and Jackie Phillips and a great granddaughter, Tiffany Rose Elkins.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 17, 2005 at 1:00 P.M. at Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette Street, Nelsonville with Tim Kelly officiating. Interment will be at The Plains Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
