Charles W. Justice

Charles W. Justice, 79, of Lancaster, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2005 at his residence. He was born June 3rd, 1925 in Hocking County, the son of the late William and Myrtle Justice. He was married to the late Dorothy Fern Justice.

Charles was a heavy equipment operator for Columbia Gas, and was a World War II Army Veteran.

He is survived by one son, Craig Justice of Lancaster, one grandchild, Gabriel Justice, a brother, Tom Justice of Logan, three sisters, Freida Shaw of Athens, Geneva Smith of Laurelville, and Bonnie Eberts of Laurelville.

In addition to his parents and late wife Dorothy, Charles was preceded in death by one brother, Joe Justice.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, May 23, 2005 at Pine Grove Cemetery, with Pastor Gary Taylor officiating. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are being handled by Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second Street, Logan.
