Evon Lou Hamrick

Evon ?Sue? Lou Hamrick, 62, of Logan, passed away June 9, 2005, at Fairfield Medical Center of Lancaster after a long battle with cancer.
She was born May 8, 1943, in Liverpool, W.Va., daughter of the late Clyde Rhodes and Virginia Mae Dunham Boggess. She is survived by her husband Curtis G. Hamrick Sr. of Logan.
She was a member of the Calvary Assembly of God Church in McArthur.
In addition to her husband she is survived by a son, Curtis G. Charlotte Rae Hamrick Jr. of New Plymouth; two daughters, Sherry Lynn Mike Blake Hamrick of Lakeland, Fl and Diane Michelle Johnnie Rose of Logan; one stepdaughter, Tammy K. Mike Olivieri of Kirkland, Wa.; fourteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren; five brothers, Charles, Roger, Clifton, David and Rodney Boggess; six sisters, Laura Stout, June Hill, Sandra Barres, Carolyn Love, Linda Steele and Helen Watkins; special cousin Betty Dave Patterson; numerous other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by a brother Cecil Boggess and her stepfather Clifton Harlan Boggess.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday 10 a.m., at Cardaras Funeral Home 183 E. Second St. Logan, with, Pastor Carl Radcliff and Rev. Roger Boggess, officiating. Cremation will follow the service.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m.
