Robert Lee Huston Sr.

Robert Lee Huston Sr., 74, of Logan, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2005, at Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan.

He was born September 25, 1930, in Hocking County, son of the late Lester and Zola Carpenter Huston. He was married to Joan Ruff Huston who survives.
Robert worked at Carborundum and retired from the State Highway Garage. He served in the Army during the Korean Conflict and was a member of the Logan V.F.W. and the Korean War Veterans Association.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Doug Kathy Huston, Bob Deanna Huston and Greg Barb Huston; one daughter, Debra Steve Sheets all of Logan; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one sister, Betty John Goodlive of Logan.

He is preceded in death by a daughter Mona Marie Huston.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, 10 a.m., at Cardaras Funeral Home 183 E. Second St. Logan, with the Rev. Al Carter and Rev. Doug Stull, officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hocking County. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.

Graveside military services will be performed by the Combined Veterans Burial Detail of Hocking County.
