Donald James Feyh, 77, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2005, in Lancaster. He was born January 12, 1928, in Columbus, son of the late Herbert and Genevieve McGrant Feyh. He is survived by his wife of forty years Betty Jo Taylor Feyh of Mt. Pleasant.
He was baptized as a Methodist and served in the marines during the Korean War.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Donald Feyh Jr. of California and Raymond Phillips of Mt. Pleasant; three daughters, Donna Feyh, Debra Feyh both of California and Louise John Dest of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; three sisters-in-law, Lois Chrysler of Mt. Pleasant, Joyce Hank Foister of Lancaster and Janet Frank Ward of Hudson.
He is preceded in death by a brother Herbert Feyh.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, 10 a.m., at Cardaras Funeral Home 183 E. Second St. Logan, with the Rev. Loisene Hoy, officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m.
Graveside military services will be performed by the Combined Veterans Burial Detail of Hocking County.
