Cathy Sue Rutter LaFollette

Cathy Sue Rutter LaFollette, 50, of Chauncey, passed away Thursday, September 1st, 2005 at her residence. She was born March 28, 1955 in Athens Ohio, the daughter of Shirley Rutter Daubs of San Francisco, California.

Cathy was a previous member of The Plains Nazarene Church, dearly loved all her friends, and had a special place in her heart for her dog and companion, Elroy.

In addition to her mother, Cathy is survived by one brother, James Beverly Rutter of The Plains, nieces Jessica and Julie Rutter of The Plains, and numerous cousins.

Cathy was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandparents, James and Beatrice Rutter, who raised Cathy since she was a child.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cathy?s memory to her family, in care of James Rutter at 103 ½ North Plains Road, The Plains, OH 45780.

A Memorial Service celebrating Cathy?s life will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. at Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette Street, Nelsonville with Pastor Jo Weston officiating. In-urnment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville. Friends may call one hour prior to the services on Saturday.
