Ruth E. Mock

Ruth E. Mock, 88, of Logan, passed away Friday, October 21, 2005, at Logan Health Care Center. She was born September 23, 1917, in Logan, daughter of the late Charles H. and Hilda Gabriel Smith. She was the widow of the late John F. Mock.

Ruth was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Robert L. Elizabeth Mock of Camarillo, California, and Frederick R. Rosemary Mock of Lancaster; one daughter, Barbara J. Wright of Logan; ten grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; special friends Sally and Robert Boals and Melissa Funk all of Logan.

In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by one brother, Donald E. Smith, and a sister, Mary Lehman.

Funeral services will be held 11 A.M. Tuesday, October 25, 2005 at Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan with the Rev. Gerald Frazee and Rev. Ricci Arthur officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Internment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan.
