Phillip Michael Davis

Phillip Michael Davis, 13, of Logan, passed away Monday, October 24, 2005 at his residence. He was born July 12, 1992, in Lancaster. Phillip is the son of Wade Davis, of Logan and Patricia Waddell Lewis, of Zanesville.

Phillip was a student at Logan Hocking Middle School, a member of the seventh grade football team, he played Tomahawks Football for four years, was a member of the Logan Bobcats Basketball team, and also played Logan Recreation Baseball.

He is survived by one sister, Kendra Sue Davis, Zanesville; a stepfather, Charlie Lewis, Zanesville; grandparents, Mary and Ray Vollmer, Logan, and Ethel and Robert Burnett, Zanesville; and several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Phillip is preceded in death by his grandparents Walter and Penny Sharon.

Funeral services will be held 10 A.M. Friday, October 28, 2005 at the Logan Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Tom Gates officiating. Internment will be in New Fairview Memorial Gardens, Rockbridge. Friends may call at Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, on Thursday, from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M and on Friday one hour prior to services at the church.
