Betty L Vacie Gibbs

Betty L. Vacie Gibbs, 92, of Logan, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2005 at Hocking Valley Community Hospital. She was born June 12, 1913, in Logan, daughter of the late Okey O. and Minnie Wycuff Bartholomew. She was the widow of the late Harry B. Gibbs.

She is survived by two sons, Ronald L Donna Gibbs, of Altoona, PA, and Harry David Sharon Scott Gibbs of Columbus, one daughter, Wilda Gibbs, of Denver CO, and special friends Carol and Bill Shelton of Logan, four grandchildren, and five greatgrandchildren.

Vacie is preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.

Graveside services will be held 2 P.M. Monday, October 31, 2005, in Oak Grove Cemetery with Pastor Don R. Byard II officiating. No calling hours will be observed. Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Homes, Logan.
