Larry Gallagher

Larry Gallagher, 53, of Nelsonville, passed away Thursday, November 3rd, 2005 at his residence. He was born December 7, 1951 in Nelsonville, the son of the late James and Eva LaFollette Gallagher. He was married to Rebecca Lowery Gallagher for 30 years. She survives.

Larry was a Marine Corp veteran of the Vietnam era who enjoyed electronics and computers.

He is survived by two sons, Jim Christina Gallagher of Pickerington, Shaun Megan Cranford Gallagher of The Plains, one grandchild, Caleb Gallagher, one brother, Joe Linda Gallagher of Logan, one sister, Patty Thompson of Logan, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by one sister, Marilyn Loudner.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 7, 2005 at 1:00 P.M. at Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette Street, Nelsonville, with Rev. Mick Wright officiating. Interment will be in Shaw Cemetery, Logan. Military graveside services will be performed by the Combined Color Guard. Friends may call Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
