Inez Gertrude Kern

Inez Gertrude Kern, 99, of Logan, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2005, at her residence. She was born April 6, 1906 in Jacksonburg, West Virginia, daughter of the late Clarence and Millie Ensminger King.

Inez was survived by two daughters, Mary Ann Goss of Logan, and Mona Mae Kinnison of Safety Harbor, Florida, a sister-in-law Ardela King of Logan, twelve grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, twenty-two great great grandchildren, and special friend Lisa Johnson of Nelsonville.

She was preceded in death by a son Robert Kern, a daughter Mildred Cooper, three brothers, William, Joseph, and Ray King, two sisters Verlie Rheinsheld, and Cora Ross, and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Tuesday, at Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan with Pastor Dwight Honacker officiating. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 6-8 P.M.

The family suggests contributions may be made to FairHoPe Hospice, 1111 E. Main St., Lancaster, Ohio 43130 in memory of Inez.
