Harry Milliard Zeisler

Harry Milliard Zeisler, 79, of Rockbridge, passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2005, at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster. He was born August 27, 1926, in Columbus, son of the late Harry M. and Julia Born Zeisler. He was married to Mary A. Ogle Zeisler of Rockbridge.

Harry attended West High School in Columbus and then enlisted in the military going to officer training school and becoming a First Lieutenant in the Army serving during WWII. He was a retired tool and die maker and also an avid reader.

In addition to his wife he is survived by a son, Kurt Shelly Zeisler of Gibisonville; two daughters, Robin Zeisler of Gibisonville and Karen Chris Zeisler Walton of Logan; four grandchildren, Thomas Zeisler, Jared Walton, Callie Zeisler, and Forest Walton; three brothers-in-law, Ralph Sandra Ogle of Gibisonville, Gene Donna Ogle of Rockbridge, and Glen Judy Fetherolf of Logan; three sisters-in-law, Vivian Clyde Allbery of Florida, Carol Bob Wood of Gibisonville and Paige Ogle of Lancaster, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by a sister Alice Zeisler McVey, one brother-in-law, Claude ?Dickie? Ogle and one sister-in-law, Patty Ogle.

Graveside military services will be conducted by the Combined Veterans Burial Detail of Hocking County Friday 11a.m., at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Gibisonville.

After graveside services, a luncheon will be held at the Laurel Twp. Recreational Center in Gibisonville.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Laurel Twp. Museum Fund in care of Debbie Angle clerk of Laurel Twp. 26971 Wildcat Rd. Rockbridge, Ohio 43149.
