Emma Belle Rheinscheld

January 17, 1917 — December 29, 2005

Emma Belle Rheinscheld, 88, of Logan, passed away December 29, 2005 at Logan Health Care Center. She was born January 17, 1917 in Hocking County, daughter of the late Barney and Bertha Oliver Keplar. She was the widow of the late Merritt Park Rheinscheld.

Emma was formerly employed as a bookkeeper by Copco Paper in Columbus, NATCO in Haydenville and Diamond for 25 years and Harbarger Plumbing. She was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church, Twig, Daughters of America, Ladies Auxillary of the VFW, the Bowling Belles and volunteered at Hocking Valley Community Hospital.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two infant sisters.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday, January 2, 2006 at Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan with Rev. Dixie Bauman officiating. Interment will be at Smith Chapel Cemetery, Logan. Friends may call Sunday from 4-6 P.M. at the funeral home.
