Lillian May Drake

Lillian May Drake, 71, of The Plains, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at O?Bleness Memorial Hospital in Athens. She was born June 2nd, 1934 in Toledo, the daughter of the late Henry and Alice Boprey Lewis. She was married to Frank Stamm, who passed away previously.

She is survived by three sons, Carl Minnie Stamm of Jacksonville, David Annette Stamm of The Plains, and Glenn Stamm of Montana, one daughter, Sue Earl Pratt of Arizona, 14 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren, two sisters, Helen Dan Mount of Nelsonville, and Lucille Lewis of Texas.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Wilby, Henry, and Arthur, and two sisters, Margaret and Ann.

In accordance with Lillian?s wishes, cremation will take place. There will be no services at this time. Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette Street, Nelsonville, is handling the arrangements.
