Harry Webster Tibbs

Harry Webster Tibbs, 75, of Logan, passed away Monday, June 5, 2006 at his residence. He was born December 8, 1930 in Franklin Co., son of the late Albert and Florence Turner Tibbs. He is married to Kathleen Cassady Tibbs who survives.

He retired from Columbus Coated Fabrics after 35 years.

Harry is survived by one son, Jeffrey Allen Renay Tibbs of Columbus; two daughters, Rosalyn Elaine Brown and Frances Jeanette Tibbs both of Columbus; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one son, Michael Andre Tibbs; three brothers, Harold Tibbs, Kenneth Tibbs, and Albert Tibbs Jr.; three sisters, Mary Jane Williams, Josephine Tolliver, and Dorothy Tibbs and son-in-law Jay C. Brown II.

Friends may call at the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, on Thursday, June 8, 2006 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM and also from 4-6 on Friday at the C.D. White Funeral Home, 1217 Mt. Vernon Ave., Columbus Ohio, with services beginning at 6 PM. Cremation will follow.
