Deborah L. Shildt, 50, of Logan, formerly of Elyria, Ohio lost her battle with multiple sclerosis and diabetes on May 24, 2006, but won her crown in heaven of life everlasting with our Lord Jesus Christ.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Logan, Norwood Ave., Logan. Deborah was a graduate of Akron University where she majored in Social Services. She had been previously employed by Blick Clinic of Akron as a Day Treatment Instructor for MRDD patients where she experienced countless victories and challenges during her employment.
She is survived by her mother Chiquita A. Roland and step father Robert Roland of Casselberry, Fl. Sisters Marcia Ford, Son Shane Ingrith Ford, son Steven Ford, daughters Tera Simmons, Alexis Ford, of North Carolina, and Kim Phillip DuLuc, daughters Lacy of Logan, Lauren and Lindsay Dojack of Avon Lake, Ohio. Friend, advocate and companion Joyce A. Klucar of Logan, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her fathers James C. Shildt and her grandparents Oris and Blanche Lee and Edna and William Shildt of Elyria, Ohio.
A memorial service for the celebration of Debbie?s life will be held at First Baptist Church, 399 Norwood Ave., Logan, Ohio at 1:30 P.M. on June 17, 2006.
