Mildred J. Campbell

Mildred J. Campbell, 95, of Nelsonville, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2006 at Doctors Hospital Nelsonville. She was born May 18, 1911 in Connett, daughter of the late Lorenzo Dow and Grace Figgins Huddy. She was the widow of the late Charles Campbell who passed away in 1965.

Mildred attended the Church of God in Laurel Run and Newark.

She is survived by two sons, Rudy Shirley Campbell and Chuck Teresa Campbell both of Nelsonville; four grandchildren, Toni, Cindy, Tina and Lisha; four great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren and a daughter-in-law, Jessie Campbell of Nelsonville.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Zoeta Lanning; a son, Denny Campbell; a sister, Ivalue Ryan and three brothers, Dow, Tom and Jim Huddy.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, August 2, 2006 at 4:00 P.M. at Wolfe Cemetery, Haydenville with Rev. Paul Taylor officiating. Arrangements are by Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette Street, Nelsonville.
