Barbara Jean Auflick

Barbara Jean Auflick, 61, of Jacksonville, passed away Thursday, October 5, 2006 at O?Bleness Memorial Hospital, Athens. She was born May 14, 1945 in Logan, the daughter of the late Alma Burt and Lena Lewis Hemsworth Robson. Barbara was married for 39 years to Robert S. Auflick of Jacksonville who survives.

She was a graduate of Athens High School and attended Risen Redeemer Full Gospel Church in Buchtel.

In addition to her husband, Barbara is survived by one son, Scott Heather Auflick of Jacksonville; two daughters, Angela Carl Sarver of Buchtel and Natalie Fred Loudner of Hollister; four grandchildren, Carl Joshua Sarver, Stacey Renee Loudner, Allory Dawn Auflick, and Brandon Scott Auflick; two brothers, John Linda Burt of Groveport and Paul Helen Burt of Hillsboro and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Jane Strong and Grace Colleen Metcalf and a granddaughter Kristen Nicole Loudner.

Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M., Sunday, October 8, 2006 at Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette ST., Nelsonville with Pastor John Johnson officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery New Addition, Nelsonville. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M.
