Mary E. Mcknight

Mary E. McKnight, 82, of Nelsonville, passed away Thursday, October 5, 2006 at Riverside Hospital, Columbus. She was born November 21, 1923 in Athens Co., the daughter of the late Harley and Goldie Speelman Robinette. Mary was the widow of Daniel McKnight.

She was a member of the Nelsonville Nazarene Church.

Mary is survived by four sons, Ron Joyce McKnight of Lancaster, Jerry Doris Mcknight of Union Furnace, Steve McKnight of Nelsonville and Mike Liz McKnight of Lancaster; four daughters, Janet Savage of Dayton, Judy Jeff Hermann of Kingwood, Texas, Brenda Barron of Buchtel and Sharon Dale Perry of Nelsonville; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two brothers, Bob Robinette of Old Floodwood and Danny Debbie Robinette of Logan; one sister, Bonnie Carsey of Millfield and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Jack and Harry Robinette; three sisters, Dorothy Schlotzhauer, Vivian Mingus and Peggy Britch.

Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M., Tuesday, October 10, 2006 at Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville with Rev. Stacy Evans officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery New Addition, Nelsonville. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M.
