Richard L. Mcmanis

Richard L. McManis, 61, of Logan, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2006 at his residence. He was born November 22, 1945 in Fairfield Co., son of the late Roy Nelson and Cora Gladys Hedges McManis.

He was a boiler operator at Sonoco in Lancaster.

Richard is survived by three brothers, Jim McManis of McArthur, Clarence McManis of Illinois and Harry McManis of Chillicothe and two sisters, Rose Miller of Rushville and Stella Green of Lancaster.

He was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles McManis, Roy Wesley, and Elvia McManis.

Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Sunday, November 12, 2006 at the Ebenezer Baptist Church, 7094 Twp. Rd. 234 S.W., Logan, OH 43138 with Rev. Steve Hubbard officiating. Interment will be in Gore Cemetery, Gore. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to services. Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.
