Sylvester Frisinger

March 30, 1911 — November 17, 2006

Sylvester Frisinger 95 of Logan passed away November 17, 2007 in Hocking Valley Community Hospital. He was born March 30, 1911 in Hocking County, son of the late Gerald and Laura Schlegal Frisinger.

Mr. Frisinger was a former shoe repairman, and retired from Logan Clay Products. He also attended Immanuel U.M. Church and was a WW II Navy Veteran.

He is survived by a son Roger Regina Frisinger of Logan, 5 great grandchildren, 1 brother Howard Frisinger of Toledo, and a sister Betty Hoessman of Washington.

He was preceded in death by his wife Lenora McManaway Frisinger, his grandson Don Frisinger, 1 brother Robert Frisinger, and 4 sisters Nellie Mihlbauer, Mary Deal, Bertha Deering, and Pauline Voris.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00AM Tuesday in the Cardaras Funeral Home 183 E. Second St. Logan, Ohio with Rev. Tom Gates officiating. Entombment will be in Fairview Mausoleum, Rockbridge. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 9:00AM until time of services.
