Donald E. Fouty

Donald E. Fouty, 69, of Glouster, passed away Sunday, November 19, 2006 at Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster. He was born August 4, 1937 in Athens County, son of the late Noah and Lovetta Manning Fouty. Donald is married to Roberta D. Nott who survives.

He was a former tree trimmer, an Army Veteran and formerly played baseball for the Amarillo Stars.

Donald is survived by one daughter, Amber Dawn Dustin Teel Fouty of Glouster; four brothers, Noah Fouty Jr. of Athens, Jerry Fouty of Carbon Hill, Gail Anita Fouty of Nelsonville and Larry Barb Fouty of Malta and brother-in-law, Damon Bentley of Doanville.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Richard and Bob Fouty and one sister, Ruth Bentley.

Funeral services will be held 10 A.M. Wednesday, November 22, 2006 at the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville with Rev. Dale Campbell officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5-8 P.M.

Military graveside services will be conducted by the Combined Color Guard Unit.
