Marilyn Y. Whitcraft, 69, of Logan, passed away Monday, December 18, 2006 at Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster. She was born April 25, 1937 in Logan, daughter of the late Clark and Maude E. Wyskiver Glaspell. Marilyn is the widow of Harry A. Whitcraft who passed away November 21, 2005.
She was a former employee of Goodyear Tire and Rubber, a member of the Union United Methodist Church and Ladies Aide of Union United Methodist Church. Marilyn was a member of the Hocking Grange. She was a loving and caring mother and grandmother, she will be sadly missed by all.
Marilyn is survived by two daughters, Wanda Richard McLaughlin of Logan and Mindy Brian Camechis of Logan; five grandchildren, Bobby, Kristen, Ryan, and Loryn Cassady and Weston Camechis; one brother, Gary Patty Glaspell of Lancaster; three brothers-in-law, Leonard Irene Whitcraft, Robert Mary Lou Whitcraft, and John Huffines and three sisters-in-law, Allene Chuck Redick, Mae Whitcraft, and Wavylene Whitcraft.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sisters-in-law Lillian Gerald Hampshire Huffines and Patricia Glaspell and brothers-in-law Clyde and Lester Whitcraft.
Funeral services will be held 7 P.M. Friday, December 22, 2006 at Cardaras Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 183 E. Second St., Logan. Friends may call the funeral home on Friday from 5-7 P.M.
In lieu of flowers contributions in memory of Marilyn may be made to The Eric Wyrick Benefit Account c/o Century National Bank, 61 N. Market St., Logan, OH 43138.
