Carl Lester Sterling

Carl Lester Sterling Sr., 87, of Bremen, passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at Logan Health Care Center, Logan. He was born February 24, 1919 in Lancaster, son of the late Frank and Evy Duddleson Sterling.

Carl was a retired machinist at Diamond Power.

He is survived by two sons, Carl L. Sterling Jr., of Logan and Robert E. Patricia Sterling of Bremen; one grandson, Christopher E. Sterling; three great grandchildren and one sister, Hazel Henderly of Amanda.

In addition to his parents, Carl is preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Private graveside services will be held Friday, December 29, 2006 in Carroll Cemetery, Carroll. No calling hours will be observed. Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 183 E. Second St., Logan.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the charity of your choice.
