Kenneth Thomas Clowes Sr.

Kenneth Thomas ?Tom? Clowes Sr., 49, of Millfield, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2007 in Chauncey as a result of an accident. He was born August 22, 1957 in Columbus, son of Kenny and Della Snyder Clowes of Nelsonville. Tom was married to Janice Shuttes Clowes of Millfield.

He owned and operated dump trucks, graduated from Nelsonville York High School in 1975 and was a member of Athens H.O.G., the Jacksonville Eagles and the National Mud Racing Organization.

In addition to his wife and parents, Tom is survived by two sons, Kenny Missy Clowes of Millfield and Danny Clowes of Pensacola, Florida; two daughters, Lisa Mark Ridenour of Hilliard and Kelly Larry Shonborn of Sandusky; six grandchildren, Alissa, Kendan, Brant, James, Dillon and Elijah; two brothers, J.D. Jamie Clowes of McArthur and Matthew Clowes of Nelsonville and three sisters, Debbie Mike White of Nelsonville; Sis Bobby Lupher of Zanesville and Jeri Max Moran of Frazeysburg.

Funeral services will be held 2 P.M. Saturday, February 3, 2007 at the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville with Pastor Tim Kelly and Pastor Mike Thomas officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M.
