Vivian Barstow

Vivian Barstow, 91, of Buchtel, passed away Friday, February 9, 2007 at Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus. She was born September 11, 1915 in Athens County, daughter of the late William Walter and Clara Elizabeth Grimm Glover. Vivian is the widow of the late Emerson S. Barstow.

She graduated from Buchtel High School and attended the Buchtel
United Methodist Church.

Vivian is survived by one daughter, Roberta Bunting of Buchtel; three grandchildren, Matthew Diana Bunting of Buchtel, Kris Christy Bunting
of Buchtel and Tara Blair and special friend Bobby Dodrill of McArthur; seven great grandchildren, Adam Misty Bunting, Jared, Lauren, Kayleigh, Conner Bunting, and Brea Blair and one sister, Clara Jean Sayre of Marengo.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by a great granddaughter, Allison Nicole Bunting; two brothers, William and Walter ?Bus? Glover and sisters, Verna Hartnell, Sylvia Feverston, Lillian Goffrey and Lucile Ashcraft.

Funeral services will be held 2 P.M. Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville, with Rev. Paul Taylor officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 6-8 P.M.
