Della Mae Culp

Della Mae Culp, 90, of Cincinnati, formerly of Nelsonville, passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2007 at Bayley Place Nursing Home in Cincinnati. She was born January 25, 1917 in LaFollette, Tennessee, daughter of the late George W. Murray and Nora Mae Wicks Murray Brannon. Della was the widow of Theodore Culp.

She was a retired nurse and a prominent member of Pythian Sisters. She was a also a member of site Council for the Ageing and the Senior Citizen Group in Maplewood Missouri. Della enjoyed painting and knitting.

She is survived by one daughter Barbara Peoples of Cincinnati; one granddaughter, Karen Peoples of Cincinnati and one brother Dock Marcia Brannon of South Carolina.

In addition to her parents and husband, Della is preceded in death by her son Ronald Culp.

Friends may call from 11:30 A.M. to 12 P.M. Friday, March 9, 2007 at Bayley Place Nursing Home, 990 Bayley Place Dr., Cincinnati, OH 45233. Interment will be at 12 P.M. Saturday, in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville. Arrangements are by Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville.
