Ronald L. Taylor

Ronald L. Taylor, 59, of Lancaster, passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2007 in Lancaster. He was born August 3, 1947 in Somerset, Ohio, son of the late Oscar and Agnes L. Drumm Taylor. Ron was married to Ellen Hawk Taylor, who survives.

He was a retired heat processing engineer and former Chief of Police in Thurson, Ohio.

In addition to his wife, Ron is survived by three grandchildren, Brittany and Ashley Schaeffer and Aaron Cooper; one brother, Gene Taylor of Lancaster and a cousin, William Taylor of Lancaster.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Wendy Cooper and one brother Oscar.

Private funeral services will held. No calling hours will be observed. Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.
