Rhea M. Boring

Rhea M. Boring, 81, of Creola, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2007 at Arcadia Acres Nursing Home in Hocking County. She was born April 14, 1926 in Wellston, Ohio, daughter of the late Floyd E. and Dorothy Price Arick. Rhea was the widow of the late Russell E. Boring.

She was the former Swan Township Clerk for 40 years and a member of the Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Creola.

Rhea is survived by one daughter, Beverly L. Charles E. Goheen of Creola.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Floyd Arick Jr. and Marvin Arick.

Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, with Rev. Danny Minton officiating. Interment will be in Elk Cemetery, McArthur. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 4-8 P.M.
