Charlene Camp

Charlene Camp, 93, of Hamden, passed away Friday, July 20, 2007 at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis. She was born December 14, 1913 in Vinton County, daughter of the late William and Cecil Freeman Napper. Charlene was the widow of the late Lawrence A. ?Bud? Camp.

She was survived by four sons, Ronald E. Camp of Jackson, Lawrence E. Freida Begley Camp of Hamden, James L. Michelle Camp of Hamden and Eddie Camp of McArthur; four daughters, Doris L. Jim Wood of Wellston, Shirley A. Ed Haught Sexton of Cookville, Tennessee, Myrtle Caudill of Dundas and Faye Gene Workman of Hamden; nineteen grandchildren; several great and great great grandchildren; one brother, Kenneth Napper of North Carolina and one sister, Wanetta Peoples of McArthur.

Charlene is preceded in death by one son, Forrest Gerald Camp and one granddaughter, Diana King.

Funeral services will be held 10 A.M., Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at the Radcliff Fellowship Chapel with Rev. Allie Skaggs officiating. Interment will be in Radcliff Cemetery, Radcliff. Friends may call at the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. and one hour prior to the services at the church on Tuesday.
