Mildred Armstrong

Mildred Armstrong 89 of McArthur passed away August 16, 2007 at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis. She was born October 18, 1917 in Vinton County, daughter of the late Harley and Lilly Graves Hysell.

Mildred retired from Howells Market in McArthur.

She is survived by three sons William Eva Armstrong of McArthur, Charles Armstrong of Chillicothe, and Jack Armstrong of Westerville. She has 12 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren. One brother, Neil Hysell of McArthur and a sister Doris Jean Cleavenger of McArthur.

Mildred was preceded in death by a brother Kenneth Hysell and three sisters Edna Whipple, Mary Alice Hayes, and Anna Mae Graves.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00AM Tuesday in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home 201 W. High St. McArthur, Ohio with Rev. James Henderson officiating. Interment will be in Elk Cemetery, McArthur. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 2-4 & 6-8PM,
