Garnetta Lynn Fletcher Poe

Garnetta Lynn Fletcher Poe, 83, of McArthur, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2007 at Twin Maples Nursing Home in McArthur. She was born March 15, 1924 in Huntington, West Virginia, daughter of the late Charles and Martha Barber Fletcher Sr. Garnetta was the widow of the late Ben Poe.

She is survived by one daughter, Sheena Poe of McArthur and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Garnetta was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Fletcher Jr.

Funeral services will be held 12 Noon, Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur. Interment will be in Elk Fork Cemetery, McArthur. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11 A.M. until the time of the services.
