Frances M Malone

Frances M. Malone, 81, of Vinton, passed away Monday, October 22, 2007 at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis. She was born April 22, 1926 in Orton, Ohio, daughter of the late Peter and Dessel Molihan McCarty. Frances is the widow of the late George C. Malone.

She was formerly employed at Banquet and attended Fairview Church of Christ and Christian Union.

Frances is survived by one son, Ron Malone of Wilkesville; four daughters, Carolyn McAllister and Christina Justice both of Columbus and Sharon Malone and Sandra Malone both of Wilkesville; eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren; two brothers, Andrew McCarty of Wilkesville and Joseph Loretta McCarty of Raymond, Ohio and two sisters, Clara Ward of Hamden and Bertha McCarty of Wilkesville.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sons, George and Joseph Malone and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Wednesday, October 24, 2007 at the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur with Denver McCarty officiating. Interment will be in Radcliff Cemetery, Vinton County. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6-8 P.M.
