Larry Lee Toops, Ii

Larry Lee Toops II, 44, of Logan, passed away, Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at Ohio State University Hospital, Columbus. He was born March 19, 1963 in Nelsonville, son of Larry Lee and Wanda Marie Shahan Toops.

Larry was many things in his life, he was the best friend ever, an outdoorsman, a NASCAR fan, a mechanic, a carpenter, a jack of all trades kind of guy with a little horse trader mixed in, with a big smile and a heart of gold. He will be sadly missed by friends and family alike.

He is survived by his parents, a sister, Collene Ted Morrison of Nelsonville; nieces, Lia and Juliana Morrison; special companion, Hazel Reffitt and her daughters, Brittany and Courtney; many special, aunts, uncles, cousins and loyal friends.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Katria Soignier Toops.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 10, 2007 at Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan. Interment will be at Armstrong Cemetery, Union Furnace. Friends may call Saturday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
