Mary H. Parry

Mary H. Parry, 95, of McArthur, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2007, at Adena Medical Center in Chillicothe. She was born March 22, 1912, in Vinton County, daughter of the late Howard and Alta Foster Miller. Mary is the widow of the late Ralph Parry.

She was a member of the McArthur Church of The Nazarene and the McArthur Senior Citizens.

Mary is survived by one son, Marvin Wilma Graves of Chillicothe; one daughter, Alice Bob Adams of Columbus; eight grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren and several special nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Guy Graves and Carl Baker; three sisters, Leora McMahan, Edna Bricker and Pauline Barnett; two brothers, Arthur and Glenn Miller and a great granddaughter, Shiloh McFadden.

Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Saturday, December 8, 2007 at the McArthur Church of the Nazarene, 523 N. Market St., McArthur, with Rev. Jim Fee and Rev. William Roth officiating. Interment will be in Bell Cemetery, Vinton County. Friends may call at the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, on Friday from 5-8 P.M., and on Saturday one hour prior to the services at the church.
