Mabel E. Heidlebaugh

August 1, 1923 — December 16, 2007

Mabel E. Heidlebaugh, 84, of Logan, passed away Sunday, December 16, 2007 at Arcadia Acres Nursing Home in Logan. She was born August 1, 1923 in Perry County, daughter of the late Frank and Lura Beougher Wolfe. Mabel is the widow of the late Roy J. Heidlebaugh.

She was a member of the South Harvey United Methodist Church and was a past 4-H Advisor.

Mable is survived by two sons, Larry Kendra Heidlebaugh of Logan and John Brenda Heidlebaugh of Logan; one daughter, Betty Jo Bill Downs of Logan; three grandchildren, Kim Norway, Joe Lisa Downs and B.J. Heidlebaugh; two step grandchildren, Chad Renee Slack and Jeremy Slack; two great grandchildren, Kayla and Nicholas Downs; one brother, Dan Wolfe of Enterprise and one sister, Peg Spohn of Maxville.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by two brothers, George and Earle Wolfe and three sisters, Josephine Mohler, Dorothy Sheets and Edith Wolfe.

Funeral services will be held 1 P.M., Wednesday, December 19, 2007 at the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan with Rev. Lawrence H. Myers officiating. Interment will be in South Harvey Cemetery, Hocking County. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5-8 P.M. and on Wednesday one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
