Jacqueline Mae Potter

Jacqueline Mae Potter, 71, of Glouster, passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2007, at her residence. She was born April 16, 1936 in Columbus, daughter of the late John O. and Margaret Ann White Dickson. Jacqueline is the widow of the late James W. Potter, who passed away October 31, 2006.

She retired as a supervisor at Orient Development Center MRDD and was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church in Athens.

Jacqueline is survived by four sons, Don Potter of Columbus, Charles Madison of Dallas, Texas, Joseph Potter of Glouster and Bill Bartram of Lancaster; four daughters, Jeannie Steve Copper of Waverly, Patricia Bartram of Florida, Nelle Lehr of Wooster and Tonya Randy McCoy of Glouster; eighteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren and one sister, Margaret Ann Lewis of Orient.

She was preceded in death by a brother, John Dickson and a grandson, Joshua Copper.

Graveside services will be held 10 A.M., Friday, December 21, 2007 in Maplewood Cemetery, Glouster. A Memorial service will be held at 11:30 A.M., Friday, at Christ Lutheran Church, 69 Mill St., Athens with Rev. Steven W. Kanpe and Pastor Lynn Miller officiating. Friends may call at the Cardaras Funeral Home, 30 Main St., Glouster, on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M.
